Age Requirements: You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to reserve a room on this website and stay on our property without a parent, legal guardian, and or spouse at least twenty-one years of age.
Deposit: A deposit in the amount of the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes is taken for all reservations upon booking.
Check- In: Our regular check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Arrangements for early or late check-in may be made upon reservation or by contacting the Concierge prior to your arrival date. Should you be delayed or plan on arriving outside of these hours, please call to make arrangements for a late check-in.
Late Arrival: As enter our main entrance, at the back door is a black mailbox, in the mailbox there will be a letter with your name on it, keys will be in the letter, one for the back door and one for your room. Directions to your room will also be in the letter. Please call 321-728-9334 before 6pm if you have any questions or concerns.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests can be accommodated, but require advance arrangements, as we need ample time to prepare our suites for arriving guests.
Cancellation: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy: is a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee per room up to 10 days prior to arrival; refund is pro-rated after 10 days.
Room Occupancy: Room rates are for double occupancy.
Smoking: There is absolutely no smoking in any inside public area or guest room. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas. Evidence of smoking in a guest room will result in a $250 charge to the credit card on file for the room in question.
Items Left Behind: The Inn is happy to package and send articles left behind after check out. All costs associated with the shipment of the items are the responsibility of guest.
