
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Bookings:

We require 14-day notice for any changes/cancellations made to your reservation. Should you cancel 14 days or more prior to your reservation, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellation within 14 days will result in a forfeit of the full deposit. No-show reservations or early departures will be charged the amount of the stay in full, including taxes and any 3rd party booking fees and commissions.
Best Rate with Flexible Cancellation

Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and plans must be changed, so we’re offering a flexible cancellation plan. Select the Best Rate with Flexible Cancellation option (where available) to be eligible for these cancellation terms:
- If you need to cancel up to 48 hours prior to check in time, you get a full refund less a cancellation fee of 15% of the reservation amount.
- Payment of the full value of your reservation is required in advance for this plan.
- You may be responsible for packages/items ordered.
This plan cannot be combined with any discounts or special offers.
This rate is not available if the check in date is within 30 days of making the reservation.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children are only accommodated in two rooms: the English Garden (with two queen size beds), and the Windsong (with one queen bed). Please call us directly to book with children: (321) 728-9334
PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in 2 rooms – English Garden and the Windsong. Pet fees apply.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS POLICY
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with each other or any other offer at the time of booking. Guests must book directly over the phone or via our website (NOT through a third-party service like Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc.) to receive promotions or discounts.
